  • Egg noodles - 150 gm
  • Chicken(shredded) - 1 cup
  • Carrot(shredded) - 1 cup
  • Cabbage(shredded) - 1 cup
  • Capsicum(shredded) - 1 no
  • garlic(shredded) - 1 tsp
  • Ginger(shredded) - 1" piece
  • Spring onions(chopped) - ½ cup
  • Soya Sauce - 2 tsp
  • Chilly sauce - 2 tsp
  • Vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Chicken stock - ½ cup
  • Ajinomoto - ½ tsp
  • Pepper powder - ¼ tsp
  • Oil for frying - 6 tbsp
  • Corn flour(I tbsp mixed with 2 tbsp of water) -

Instructions
  1. For making egg noodles: 1)With 13 cups of water, cook the noodles on a high flame.
  2. Add salt into it.
  3. Boil, until 75% is cooked.
  4. Drain and add 1 tbsp of oil.
  5. Cool it and mix the corn flour.
  6. Heat the oil very well in a pan and deep fry the noodles. Turn over the noodles, until it is light brown.
  7. Remove and drain it.
  8. For making Chopsuey: 1)Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan.
  9. Stir fry the garlic, ginger and spring onions for 5 seconds.
  10. Add chicken and stir fry for 2 rninutes.
  11. Add the vegetables and stir fry for 2 more min.
  12. Add stock, seasonings and corn flour mixed with water and boil, till it thickens.
  13. Remove from heat.
  14. Heat the remaining 3 tbsp of oil in another pan.
  15. Add the cooked noodles and stir and mix for 5 minutes.
  16. Transfer the noodles to a serving plate and pour the chicken and vegetable mixture on top.
  17. :- Serve hot.
