Instructions
  1. Roast fennel seeds, cinnamon, cloves, star aniseed, cardamom and black pepper till the aroma comes. Grind to a powder.
  2. Marinate chicken with ingredients: onion, green chillies, ginger, garlic, turmeric, chilly powder, coriander powder, chicken masala, curry leaves and the spice powder for 30 minutes.
  3. Cook it with enough water until all the water gets evaporated.
  4. Add milk and tomato puree and allow to boil
  5. Heat oil in another pan, add mustard seeds, dry red chillies, shallots. Saute well until shallots become golden brown in color.
  6. Add cooked chicken to the pan and stir well
  7. Serve hot.
