Instructions
  1. First marinate chicken with vinegar, green chillies, garlic, ginger, soya sauce, coriander, cumin powder, chilli powder, turmeric and salt.2) Allow it to marinate for ½ an hour.
  2. Cook chicken in kadai, till done.
  3. When done, evaporate excess water.5) Deep fry the chicken in a pan . drain and keep aside.
  4. In another pan, heat 1 tbsp oil. Fry the onion, garam masala, tomato and salt.7) Fry till the tomato get softened.8) At this stage add the fried chicken pieces and sauté well.
  5. Chicken dry roast masala is ready.
