Dry and spicy chicken
Chicken(cut into pieces) –
Bay leaf(Few, Vazhana/Karuga ela) –
Chilly powder –

Mix the chicken with
and keep aside.
Grind together a tbsp of pepper, chilly powder and
, until its powdered very fine and keep aside.
Heat 2 tbsp of
in a pan.
Add a little pepper and allow it to splutter.
Add the bay leaf and saute for a while.
Add the chicken pieces.
Once everything is mixed well, add the ground powder to the chicken and mix well.

Keep the fire on a very low flame & cover the pan upside down so that you can pour the
