  • Kabab masala powder - 2 tsp
  • Chilly powder - 3/4 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Egg - 1 no
  • Salt(approx 1 tsp) -
  • Vinegar - 3 tsp

Instructions
  1. Clean the chicken (cut into small pieces) and drain the water in it.
  2. Mix together the rest of the ingredients and add the chicken pieces to it and mix well.
  3. Marinate this at least for 2 - 3 hours.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the pieces.
