Instructions
  1. For preparing chicken kalimirchi, cook onion in 1 cup water and grind it with cashew nuts.
  2. Grind coriander leaves and tomato. Keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in pan, fry ginger-garlic paste, chilly powder, coriander powder and turmeric. Add chicken pieces to it.
  4. Pour 4 cups of water and required salt. Cover and cook.
  5. When chicken is done, add onion paste, garam masala. Mix well.
  6. Heat 2 tbsp oil and fry coriander paste. When ready add chicken gravy in it and mix well.
  7. Chicken kalimirchi is ready.
