Ingredients: 500 gm Ground chicken; 2 nos Onion; Ginger (garlic paste - 1 1/2 tsp); 2 tsp Tomato paste; 1 tsp Garam masala; 3 tbsp Oil; 1 tsp Mustard seeds and Black gram; Curry leaves (A few); 1 tsp Red chilly powder; 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder; Salt (As reqd)

Ingredients

500 gm Ground chicken
2 nos Onion
Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 tsp
2 tsp Tomato paste
1 tsp Garam masala
3 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard seeds and Black gram
Curry leaves A few
1 tsp Red chilly powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
Salt As reqd

Instructions

Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
Splutter mustard seeds and black gram and saute curry leaves.
Add onion and fry it.
Add ground chicken and fry it as well.
Add ginger-garlic paste and salt to the chicken and fry it for 5 mins in simmer mode.
Add tomato paste, red chilly powder, turmeric powder and garam masala and fry it for 5 more mins.
Add litle water may be a cup and cook upto 2 whistles in cooker.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
:- Serve hot with rice and rotis.
