Chicken Kulambu
A very tasty recipe
Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken pieces
- 1 no Onion small
- 2 cups Coconut milk
- 1" long Ginger
- 2 tsp Cashew paste
- Turmeric powder A pinch
- 8 nos Dry red chillies Kollamulaku
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Salt As req
Instructions
- Chop the onion finely.
- Grind 6 red chillies, cumin and black pepper.
- Heat the oil in pan.
- Add the remaining red chillies.
- Cook for about 10 mins.
- Cook till the chicken pieces are done.
