  • Chicken — 500 gm -
  • Coconut - 1 cup
  • Tomato - 2 nos
  • Onion - 2 nos
  • Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tsp) -
  • Carrot - 1 no
  • Green chilly - 4 nos
  • Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala(A pinch) -
  • Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander leaves(An hand full) -
  • Water(As reqd) -
  • Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker and sauté onion in it for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Add tomato, ginger-garlic paste, carrot, green chilly and masalas. Sauté again for 5 minutes.
  3. Add chicken, water and salt as required.
  4. Close the lid and cook it for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Add grinded coconut and coriander leaves. Cook again for 3-5 minutes.
