  • Chicken liver - 1/2 kg
  • Onion(large) - 1 no
  • Green chillies - 2 nos
  • Ginger - 1/4 piece
  • garlic - 4 pods
  • Pepper - 2 tbsp
  • Corriander powder - 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric(a pinch) -
  • Corriander leaves(finelly cut) - 1 cup
  • Oil(as rqrd) -
  • Juice of 1 lemon -

Instructions
  1. Cut chicken liver into small piece wash and keep aside
  2. Heat oil in a kadai or wok.
  3. Fry onions.
  4. Add finely cut ginger,garlic and green chillies.
  5. Add corriander powder, pepper powder and turmeric and fry well for a minute.
  6. Add chicken liver, salt and mix well and cover and cook for 20 minutes on a slow fire
  7. Once you see oil come out mix and fry will till mixture is dry.
  8. Add corriander leaves and lemon juice.
  9. Enjoy!!
