1 cup Chicken (minced & cooked)6 nos Bread slices1 no Onion (chopped)3 nos Green chillies (chopped)Ginger (garlic paste - 2 tsp)1 tsp Garam masala1 no Capsicum (cubed)Coriander leaves (Few)Pepper (As reqd)Salt (As reqd) For preparing chicken loaf, heat little oil in a pan.Fry onion, green chillies and capsicum.Add ginger-garlic paste and fry again.Add garam masala and chicken. Mix well.Add pepper and salt.Add coriander leaves and mix well. Remove from fire.Cut the sides of bread slices and dip in water and squeeze water.Fill 2 tsp chicken mixture and cover in bread slices.Deep fry it in oil.Chicken loaf, a yummy dish with kids as well as elders, is ready.
