Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm Chicken lollipop
  • ½ cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Soya Sauce
  • 1 tsp Chilli Sauce
  • Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 no Egg
  • Ajinomoto A pinch, optional
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Chicken lollipop pieces are readily available in the market. It could also be made at home by breaking the wings into two part and then pulling back the meat of each pieces from one end to the other end carefully.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste, salt, chilli sauce, soya sauce, chilli powder, flour and egg to the chicken.
  • Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Deep fry in oil and remove it on tissue.
  • :- Serve hot with schezwan sauce.
