Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tsp Ginger and garlic Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Carrot
  • 1/2 Cup Cabbage Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Macaroni Cooked by adding required salt
  • 1 No. Egg
  • 1/2 Tsp Pepper powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Chilly flakes
  • 1 Tsp Soya sauce
  • 1 Cup Macaroni cooked water
  • 1 tsp Corn flour
  • 1/2 Cup Cooked and shredded chicken
  • 2 Tbsp Sunflower Oil
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Keep all the ingredients ready.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add chopped ginger and garlic. Saute for few seconds.
  • Then add chopped carrot and cabbage. Saute for 2 minutes.
  • Now add cooked chicken and cooked macaroni.
  • Combine well.
  • Add pepper powder, chilli flakes and soya sauce.
  • Pour macaroni cooked water and mix well. simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Beat one egg and pour in to the soup, keep stirring.
  • Finally mix corn flour in 1/4 cup water and add it into the soup, it makes the soup thicker. Cook for few minutes to get the soup thickens.
  • Transfer into a serving bowl and serve immediately.
