Ingredients
  

Instructions
 

  • Mix cornflour with egg and salt to make a semi thick paste.
  • Cut the chicken to 1 inch cubes and dip it in this paste for 45 mins.
  • Deep fry the chicken till golden yellow in colour and keep aside.
  • Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a pan.
  • Add the fried chicken pieces and saute well for a minute.
  • Add soya sauce, tomato sauce and the chicken stock and mix well.
  • Add coriander leaves and mix again. Close the pan to cook on low flame for 10 mins. You can also add salt if reqd when cooking.
