Onion

Garlic

Green Chillies
minced

tbsp
Soya sauce
1
tsp
Vinegar
2
tbsp
Corn Flour
1
tbsp
Tomato
Sauce
1
tsp
Chilli Powder
Ginger
Garlic
Paste - 1 tbsp

Capsicum
2
tsp
Pepper Powder
Salt
As reqd
Oil
As reqd
Instructions
Cut chicken into small pieces and marinate with soya sauce, 1 tbsp
cornflour
,
salt
,
egg
,
chilli powder
and
ginger
garlic
paste.
Mix well and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Heat
oil
in a pan and fry the chicken till its brown in colour.
Once the chicken is fried well, add
onion
,
garlic
and green chilli to it. Fry till it leaves out a sweet aroma.
Add the
capsicum
and fry till it becomes soft.
Make a paste by mixing soya sauce and
cornflour
in one tbsp of
water
.
Add this to the chicken.
Add
tomato
sauce,
pepper powder
and
salt
.
Remove this into a serving dish.
:- This can be served as a starter and can also be served with chappathis or roti.
