Instructions
  1. Cut chicken into small pieces and marinate with soya sauce, 1 tbsp cornflour, salt, egg, chilli powder and ginger garlic paste.
  2. Mix well and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken till its brown in colour.
  4. Once the chicken is fried well, add onion, garlic and green chilli to it. Fry till it leaves out a sweet aroma.
  5. Add the capsicum and fry till it becomes soft.
  6. Make a paste by mixing soya sauce and cornflour in one tbsp of water.
  7. Add this to the chicken.
  8. Add tomato sauce, pepper powder and salt.
  9. Remove this into a serving dish.
  10. :- This can be served as a starter and can also be served with chappathis or roti.
