Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Boneless chicken
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 4 nos Green chillies
  • 1 tbsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Tomato sauce
  • 1 cube Chicken stock put in 1/4 cup of water
  • 2 sprigs Coriander leaves
  • Corn flour As reqd to make a semi thick paste
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 no Egg
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Mix cornflour with egg and salt to make a semi thick paste.
  • Cut the chicken to 1 inch cubes and dip it in this paste for 45 mins.
  • Deep fry the chicken till golden yellow in colour and keep aside.
  • Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a pan.
  • Add the fried chicken pieces and saute well for a min.
  • Add soya sauce, tomato sauce and the chicken stock and mix well.
  • Add coriander leaves and mix again. Close the pan to cook on low flame for 10 mins. You can also add salt if reqd when cooking.
