  • Boneless Chicken - 1/2 kg
  • Ginger - 1 tsp
  • garlic - 1 tsp
  • Green chillies - 4 nos
  • Pepper - 1 tbsp
  • Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
  • Tomato sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • Chicken stock(put in 1/4 cup of water) - 1 cube
  • Coriander leaves - 2 sprigs
  • Corn flour(As reqd to make a semi thick paste) -

Instructions
  1. Mix cornflour with egg and salt to make a semi thick paste.
  2. Cut the chicken to 1 inch cubes and dip it in this paste for 45 mins.
  3. Deep fry the chicken till golden yellow in colour and keep aside.
  4. Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a pan.
  5. Add the fried chicken pieces and saute well for a min.
  6. Add soya sauce, tomato sauce and the chicken stock and mix well.
  7. Add coriander leaves and mix again. Close the pan to cook on low flame for 10 mins. You can also add salt if reqd when cooking.
