Chicken Masala Fry

Fried chicken with masala

Ingredients
  

For marinating:

  • 1 tsp Soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Chilly sauce
  • Pepper powder
  • Tandoori colour A pinch
  • Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
  • Salt As reqd
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 tbsp Allpurpose flour Maida

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken with the above ingredients for 2 hrs.
  • Grind together tomatoes and green chillies into a fine paste and keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  • Deep fry the marinated chicken pieces.
  • Heat 2 - 3 tbsp of oil in another pan.
  • Add the ground paste and salt and fry, till oil separates.
  • Once it is done, add fried chicken pieces.
  • Mix well in masala.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • :- Serve with pulao or parathas.
