  • Chicken minced : 150 gm -
  • Onion (chopped) : 1 medium -
  • Curry leaves : 1 no -
  • Kadala Mavu (Besan) : ½ cup -
  • Tomato sauce : 2 tsp -
  • Pepper powder : 1 tsp -
  • Salt to taste -

Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add onion and curry leaves.
  2. Add chicken into it and fry till chicken is completely ready.
  3. Drain it to remove oil.
  4. Mix Kadala Mavu (besan) , salt and tomato sauce with water to make a batter.
  5. cut chilly on one side to get an opening for filling Chicken into inside.6) Fill the drained chicken from step 5 in each Chilly as shown in the below picture.
  6. Dip each chicken filled chilly into the batter.
  7. Fry chilly dipped in the batter from step 7 in oil one by one.
  8. 9) Fry till a golden brown color is obtained.
  9. Chicken mulaku bajji (Chicken Chilly Bajji) is ready.
