Chicken Mushrooms are a tasty unique dish with the creamiest and flavorful sauce baked to utmost crispy perfection. Lightly fried chicken pieces are arranged on a baking dish with chicken broth poured out on top. Bake the chicken pieces for required time. Instructions
  1. For preparing Chicken Mushrooms, first marinate chicken pieces with salt, pepper and turmeric powder for 20 mins.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces till golden brown.
  3. Drain the pieces and place separately in a big flat casserole.
  4. In the same oil (if not sufficient, add more oil) fry onions till soft and transparent.
  5. Add ginger-garlic paste and simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Add red chilly powder and garam masala.
  7. Add maida and stir till light brown.
  8. Add chicken broth and mix well stirring continuously. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  9. Pour the sauce over the chicken pieces.
  10. Bake it for 20 minutes at 250 degrees F.
  11. Remove from the oven and spread mushrooms over it.
  12. Bake again for 10-15 minutes (till chicken is cooked).
  13. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  14. Chicken Mushrooms are ready.
