Chicken Pan Squares

Most of the delicious malabar dishes are chicken based and spiced and fried to get its rich texture and taste.Chicken Pan Squares are one of them,you could make it with mutton or beef,but here i made it with chicken.It is easy snack,chicken masala stuffed tasty snack.

Instructions
  1. Marinate the chicken pieces in red chilly powder,turmeric powder,salt and deep fry it in hot oil.
  2. Mince the fried chicken pieces and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a vessel,add onion,salt and saute until golden brown in colour.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste, chopped green chilly and saute again for 2 minutes.
  5. Add minced chicken,garam masala,3/4 tsp turmeric powder,coriander leaves,curry leaves and combine well and remove from the flame after 2-3 minutes.
  6. Mix maida, 1 egg,salt as required with enough water to make a smooth batter.
  7. Make small dosas out of it and add 2 tsp chicken filling and fold just like in the figure.
  8. Beat 3 eggs with a pinch of salt.
  9. Dip each chicken filled square shaped dosas in egg mixture,heat a non stick pan and fry the both sides.
  10. Chicken pan square is ready to serve.
