Instructions
  1. in a bowl add water, salt and wheat flour / atta flour and make dough
  2. wash the chicken and add some salt and boil in the steamer, once it get boil, make the chicken into small pieces
  3. chop the onion, tomato and green chilli
  4. in a pan heat the oil and add onion and green chilli and saute it until it turn into golden brown
  5. add tomato and mix it for 1 min
  6. add ginger garlic paste and mix it until the raw smell goes out
  7. add red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, cumin seed powder and coriander powder and mix well
  8. now add steamed chicken and mix it
  9. mix well the chicken and allow to fry for 5 mins in medium flame
  10. now from a dough take small ball and roll as small size
  11. now stuff the chicken masala in the roll
  12. now roll the stuff in a round shape
  13. heat the tawa and boil the stuff roll both the sides by applying oil
  14. chicken parata is ready to serve. serve with raita and gravy
