Instructions
  1. For preparing chicken poori, cook the boneless chicken in water and salt. Drain it and keep it aside till it cools.
  2. Shred the chicken and keep it aside.
  3. Knead a smooth dough with wheat flour, shredded chicken, green chillies, salt and required water. Cover it with a muslin cloth and keep it aside.
  4. Make small balls and roll it out in a thin small circles.
  5. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry them in hot oil.
  6. Chicken poori¦s are ready. Serve hot with any gravy.
