Egg Poori

Egg Poori is another variety of poori among the different types of poori. This is a healthy, tasty poori. Commonly, Poori is a very famous breakfast in South Indian Cuisine. The deeply fried pooris are dipped in egg, cardamom powder mixture and again deeply fried in oil.

Instructions
  1. Take wheat flour in a bowl.
  2. Make a dough by adding salt and water little by little .
  3. Make small small balls from the dough and then make it flatten shape using chappathi maker or press.
  4. Repeat same with the remaining dough .
  5. Then heat a pan with oil and put poori to it , let it cooked and puffed well.
  6. Repeat same with the remaining poori's and keep it on a plate .
  7. Take a bowl and put egg , sugar and cardamom powder to it beat it well.
  8. Then put one poori to the egg mix and dip it well .
  9. Then again heat pan with oil and fry the dipped poori and when we see the egg layer above poori is cooked take it out .
  10. Do same with the remaining poori's and serve it hot or cool .
Recipe Notes

We can use left over poori from breakfast and make this as a snack .
