  • Small pliable poppadom - 6 Nos
  • Chicken breast(washed and cut into strips) - 100 gms
  • Cabbage(sliced thinly) - 1 cup
  • Carrots(sliced thinly) - 1 cup
  • Onion(sliced thinly) - 1 no
  • French beans(sliced diagonally) - 1 cup
  • Coriander leaves(a few sprigs) -
  • Soya sauce light - 1 tbsp
  • White Pepper - 1 tsp
  • Salt(as Reqd) -
  • Oil(for cooking) -

Instructions
  1. Marinate the chicken slices in salt, 1 tsp soy sauce soya sauce and 1/2 tsp pepper.
  2. Add oil in a pan and add chicken.
  3. Stir fry the chicken well till it is cooked. :- Do not let water come out of the chicken.
  4. With a spatula move the chicken to a corner of the pan. 5)Add all the vegetables and stir fry for about 1 1/2 minute( should be crisp).
  5. Add all the seasonings and stir with the chicken, Switch off the flame.
  6. Moisten the edges of the poppads with water.
  7. Arrange the chicken filling 1/3 from the center and roll it up.
  8. Moisten the edges to stick.
  9. Use a kitchen roll paper and roll over the poppad to hold it in shape.
  10. Pop it into a microwave oven and microwave on high each side for 30 seconds.
  11. Microwave one at a time, alternatively, seal the openings with water and deep fry in hot oil.
