This is my own creation influenced by the cuisine of Kerala. A spicy peppered chicken starter made with a mix of different spices and smothered the goodness of curry leaves and garlic.

Instructions
  1. Marinate the chicken in red chilly powder, Turmeric powder,pepper powder,garam masala and salt.
  2. Heat oil in a clay pot and add the marinated chicken along with garlic and curry leaves.cover and cook for 10 -15 minutes in medium flame.stir occasionally.
  3. Tasty and delicious chicken pot fry is ready now.
