Instructions
  1. Dry fry fennel seeds, cumin seeds, pepper, cinnamon and cloves
  2. Add little water and grind it
  3. Add little oil to a kadai, add the coconut and fry till it becomes brown and crisp
  4. Grind the coconut
  5. To the same vessel add little oil and fry onion
  6. Once the onion color changes add the garlic and fry
  7. Add ginger
  8. To this add the tomato and fry for about 5 minutes.
  9. Grind the mixture and keep it aside
  10. In a pan add little oil and fry the chicken for about 2 minutes
  11. To this add the grounded mixture, salt and mix well
  12. Add the coriander, turmeric and chilli powder. Mix it well and cook for about 10 minutes or till the chicken is done.
  13. Serve hot with chapathi or rice
