Instructions
  1. For preparing chicken sausage fry, marinate sausage rounds with turmeric, chilly powder, coriander powder, pepper powder and salt.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, fry the sausage rounds and keep aside.
  3. In the same oil, fry onion, green chillies and curry leaves. Top it on the fried sausages.
  4. Chicken sausage fry is ready. Serve hot with rice.
