1 pack Chicken sausage (10 nos)2 nos Onion4 nos Green chillies5 tbsp Tomato Sauce1-2 tsp Red chilli sauce3/4 tsp Soya Sauce4 tbsp Olive oil1/2 tsp Black pepper powderSalt (a pinch) Clean the chicken sausage. 2)Boil it for 5 min and drain.Cut it diagonally in to small peices.Heat olive oil in a pan.Add onions cut in square shape (don`t chop finely).Saute the onions till it turns slightly golden. Do not saute till it becomes transparentTo this add green chillies cut diagonally.Add tomato, soya & chilly sauce to this and mix well.Add salt & black pepper powder.To this add the sausage and mix well and keep this in low flame for about 2 mins.:- Empty this to a plate and serve it hot Chinese
