Shezwan sauce

Green chillies
finely chopped

Coriander leaves
finely chopped

tbsp
Corn flour
1/4
tsp
Pepper powder

tbsp
Oil
Orange
colour
Salt
to taste

Shezwan Sauce Celery
finely chopped
1/4
cup
Garlic
finely chopped
1/4
cup
Ginger
finely chopped
1/4
cup
Green chillies
finely chopped

gms
Red chilli sauce
1/4
cup
Sugar
Instructions
Heat
oil
in a kadai on high flame and add
garlic
and saute.
Add
ginger
and saute for 2 minutes.
Add celery, chillies, chilli sauce, ajinomoto,
salt
, pepper,
sugar
and colour and bring it to boil and then shut off flame.
Cut the chicken in small pieces and marinate with all the other ingredients for 15-20 minutes.
Then cook it on a low flame adding 1/4 cup
water
.
Cook till chicken is done and well coated with the gravy.
Slit the rolls and fill in with the chicken mixture.
