First clean the chicken pieces. 2) Cook chicken pieces in a large pot. Add salt and pepper as reqd.3) Add 2 cloves while boiling for more flavor.4) When done, drain and keep aside the chicken pieces and keep the stock.5) Mince and debone the chicken pieces.6) In a saucepan, add a tsp of butter. Add garlic, onion, chillies, carrot and chicken pieces.
Add pepper, vinegar, soy sauce and cook it.
Add 3 ladle of stock and cook it again.8) Add the milk and required stock again and boil the soup.
Add corn starch and thicken the soup if required. 9) Add the egg and boil for a minute.10) Tasty vegetable and chicken soup is ready.
:- Can add any vegetable in the soup for more taste.
