Chicken Spring Roll

Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Chicken boneless
- 1 no Potatoes big, chopped
- 1 no Onion chopped
- 2 nos Carrots chopped
- 10–15 nos Green Beans chopped
- 3-4 leaves Cabbage chopped
- 2 nos Green chillies
- 1 tbsp Chilly powder
- 1 tbsp Pepper powder
- 1 tbsp Chicken masala
- Oil As reqd
- 10 nos Spring roll pastry Wrappers
- Salt As reqd
Instructions
- Cut chicken into small pieces. Add chilly powder, pepper powder & salt. Marinate for half an hour.
- Fry them in oil and keep them aside.
- Heat oil in a pan. Put chopped potatoes, carrots, beans, cabbage, onion and green chillies(cut into very thin long pieces). Add salt and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add chicken masala and fried chicken. Stir for 5 minutes
- Wrap above mix in Pastry and Fry in Oil.
