  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Cloves(Grambu) - 4 nos
  • Cinnamon(A small piece, Karugapatta) -
  • Coconut(ground) - 1/4 cup
  • Oil(As reqd) -
To dry roast and powder:-

Instructions
  1. Cut chicken into medium sized pieces.
  2. Dry roast and powder all ingredients for preparing masala.
  3. Heat oil in a vessel.
  4. Add cloves and cinnamon.
  5. Add onion and once it turns pinkish in colour, add tomatoes.
  6. When it gets cooked, add chicken, salt and turmeric.
  7. When the chicken is half cooked, add the masala and mix well.
  8. Cover and cook till done.
  9. Add coconut and coriander leaves and a little lemon juice.
