Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Chicken
  • 2 nos Tomatoes
  • 1 no Onion
  • Salt As reqd
  • 4 nos Cloves Grambu
  • Cinnamon A small piece, Karugapatta
  • 1/4 cup Coconut ground
  • Oil As reqd

To dry roast and powder:-

Instructions
 

  • Cut chicken into medium sized pieces.
  • Dry roast and powder all ingredients for preparing masala.
  • Heat oil in a vessel.
  • Add cloves and cinnamon.
  • Add onion and once it turns pinkish in colour, add tomatoes.
  • When it gets cooked, add chicken, salt and turmeric.
  • When the chicken is half cooked, add the masala and mix well.
  • Cover and cook till done.
  • Add coconut and coriander leaves and a little lemon juice.
