Instructions
  1. For preparing chicken thai fry, first marinate chicken with lemon grass, green chillies, vinegar, thai paste and salt. Keep it for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and onion. Fry well. Add the chicken to it and fry for 10 minutes. Add capsicum, mushroom pieces and fry again.
  3. Add little water and cook chicken till tender.
  4. Add pepper and corn flour mixed in water.
  5. Make it a dry fry and serve hot.
