Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard seeds & allow it to splutter.
  2. Add curry leaves & red chillies.
  3. Add onions, ginger & garlic and saute until brown in colour.
  4. Add chicken, required salt and saute for 5 mins.
  5. Close the lid and allow it to cook for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Mix grated coconut, coriander, turmeric, chilli, garam masala powder and add to the chicken.
  7. Close lid and cook for some more time.
  8. :- Serve hot!!!
  9. Note:- Do not grind the ginger & garlic to fine paste.
