  • Chicken(cut into normal bite size) - 500 gm
  • Onions(sliced thin and long, medium) - 5 nos
  • garlic(finely chopped) - 3 tbsp
  • Ginger(finely chopped) - 3 tbsp
  • Lime juice - 3 tbsp
  • Chicken masala (Eastern preferred) -
  • Turmeric powder - 2 tsp
  • Ground black pepper - 2 tsp
  • Oil(As reqd) -
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Green chillies - 3 nos

Instructions
  1. In a pot, add the chicken pieces, salt, ginger, garlic, turmeric powder, lime juice, black pepper powder, chicken masala and cook till chicken is well cooked.
  2. :- There shouldn`t be any need to add water but add if need be.
  3. :- Cook on low flame. Initially when adding the ingredients in the pot, stir well all ingredients as this brings out the water in the chicken.
  4. In a wok, saute the onions and green chillies, till onion is light golden brown.
  5. Add the chicken and cook till all water has dried off.
  6. Garnish with lime slices and mint leaves.
