Chicken With Nut Soup
Powdered nuts sprinkled over chicken soup
Ingredients
- 2 cups Chicken stock
- 1/4 cup Celery chopped
- 1/4 cup Onion chopped
- 1 no Egg lightly beaten
- 3/4 dsp All purpose flour Maida
- 1/4 tsp Pepper powdered
- 2 tbsp Cashew nuts powdered coarsely
- Milk As reqd
- Salt As reqd
Instructions
- Boil celery and chopped onion in the chicken stock for 15 minutes.
- Take a pan and mix flour with milk. Add the chicken stock.
- Sprinkle pepper powder and mix the beaten egg. Cook slowly and remove from fire before boiling starts.
- Season with salt and powdered nuts.
- Yummy chicken with nut soup is ready and serve hot.
