Instructions
  1. Marinate the chicken pieces with the ingredients for marination.
  2. :- Small pieces of chicken tastes good.
  3. Refrigerate it for an hour.
  4. Shallow fry the chicken pieces.
  5. :- Gets fully cooked in the gravy.
  6. Saute the onion in the same oil.
  7. :- Do not let it turn brown.
  8. Add ginger and garlic.
  9. When it gets sauteed, add all the powders one by one.
  10. Saute it for 2 mins.
  11. Add tomato slices into it and stir occasionally.
  12. Add spring onion and capsicum one by one. Saute well.
  13. Pour 1/2 cup boiled water.
  14. When it simmers, add the fried chicken pieces.
  15. When it simmers, keep the flame low.
  16. Let the chicken get fully cooked.
