For preparing chicken with tomato sauce, marinate the chicken pieces with chilly powder, salt and coconut oil. Cook it in a non-stick pan with closed lid.
When the curry starts to drain, remove the lid. Reduce the flame and stir at intervals.
When it¦s half fried, add the curry leaves , chillies and stir well.
When it¦s fried well add the tomato sauce and fry again for some time.
