Ingredients
  

  • Velutha manikkadala : 500 gm
  • Corriander leaves : 1 cup
  • Chopped capsicum : ½ cup
  • Chopped onion : ½ cup
  • Chopped chilly : 4
  • Chopped ginger : ¼ tsp
  • Chopperd Garlic : ¼ tsp
  • Chili powder : ½ tsp
  • Pepper powder : ½ tsp
  • Chopped curry leaves : few
  • Baking soda : one pinch
  • Salt : as reqd

Instructions
 

  • Put the gram in water for some time and remove the water.
  • Grind 1 to 9 ingredients together in a mixer grinder.
  • Put salt and baking soda into it and mix them well.4) Make small balls from the mixture. Make the shape of cutlet with each ball.
  • Fry them in oil.6) Serve hot with tomato sauce.
