Instructions
  1. Soak the rice for 30 minutes and drain. Keep aside.
  2. Take onion, garam masala, ghee, cumin seeds, bay leaf, turmeric powder and salt in a microwave safe dish.
  3. Cook in microwave for 2 minutes in high mode.
  4. Take the pan out form the mIcrowave and add boiled chickpea and soaked rice. Mix well.
  5. Pour coconut milk and cook again in high mode for 15 minutes.
  6. Chickpea pulav in microwave is ready. Serve hot with raita,papad, pickle etc.
