Chikoo Delight Chikoo with other ingredients 125 g Chikoos (soaked in water for 30 minutes)1/2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice50 g SugarFresh cream (very thick)Almond and pistachios (chopped) For preparing chikoo delight, deseed the chikoos, chop them into small pieces and roast these pieces till lightly browned.Add sugar and water in which the chikoos were soaked.Then add in the lemon juice and allow it to simmer in low flame till the chikoos become pulpy.Chikoo delight is ready.
