  • Fresh lemon juice - 1/2 tbsp
  • Sugar - 50 g
  • Fresh cream(very thick) -
  • Almond and pistachios(chopped) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing chikoo delight, deseed the chikoos, chop them into small pieces and roast these pieces till lightly browned.
  2. Add sugar and water in which the chikoos were soaked.
  3. Then add in the lemon juice and allow it to simmer in low flame till the chikoos become pulpy.
  4. Chikoo delight is ready. Add the nuts and serve either hot or cold with thick cream.
