Grind together all the ingredients under marination with egg white and soya sauce using 1 tsp of water and marinate the chicken with it. Refrigerate this for 1 - 2 hours.
Heat some oil in a deep pan and fry the marinated chicken pieces till it becomes brown in colour.
In the same oil, saute onion and capsicum till they become soft.
Add ginger and garlic to it and sauté for 3 minutes.
Mix 1 tsp of chilly powder in 1 cup of water and add to the pan.
When it starts to boil, add the sauces, chicken cube and chicken pieces and mix well.
