Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Chicken cut into small pieces
  • 2 nos Onion
  • 1 no Capsicum
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri chilly powder
  • 1 no Chicken cube optional
  • 1 tsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tsp Tomato sauce
  • Oil As reqd
  • Water As reqd

For marination:-

Instructions
 

  • Grind together all the ingredients under marination with egg white and soya sauce using 1 tsp of water and marinate the chicken with it. Refrigerate this for 1 - 2 hours.
  • Heat some oil in a deep pan and fry the marinated chicken pieces till it becomes brown in colour.
  • In the same oil, saute onion and capsicum till they become soft.
  • Add ginger and garlic to it and sauté for 3 minutes.
  • Mix 1 tsp of chilly powder in 1 cup of water and add to the pan.
  • When it starts to boil, add the sauces, chicken cube and chicken pieces and mix well.
  • :- Check the level of salt and add accordingly.
  • Cover and cook till the gravy thickens and gets coated to the chicken pieces.
