Ingredients
  

  • 1 no Whole chicken cut into small cubes ; boneless
  • 2 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chilly sauce
  • Salt As reqd
  • 6 nos Green chillies slit in the middle
  • 4 nos Onions chopped, big
  • 1 heaped Corn flour
  • 2 nos Eggs
  • 1 tsp Ajinomotto
  • Refined cooking oil

Instructions
 

  • Wash the chicken pieces and dry them.
  • Marinate the pieces with soya sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce, chilly sauce and a pinch of salt.
  • Beat the eggs and pour them on the chicken pieces.
  • Add half a tbsp of corn flour and mix well the whole mixture.
  • Allow it to marinate for 2 hours.
  • Drain excess liquid and store in a container.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Fry the chicken pieces.
  • Keep the fried pieces in a separate container.
  • In the left over oil, fry the green chillies and chopped onions slightly.
  • Pour the excess liquid stored earlier. Stir continuously.
  • Add the chicken pieces.
  • Pour the rest of the sauces and a pinch of salt.
  • Mix the remaining 1/2 tbsp of corn flour with a little water and pour in the pan.
  • Add ajinomotto and stir well.
  • :- Serve hot.
