  • Beat egg well in a bowl. Add flour, soy sauce, pepper, salt, 1 green chilli, 1 tsp onion and mix well.
  • In a pan, add butter or refined oil.3) Add garlic, onion and vegetables. Saute till soft.
  • Add green chillies, red chilli sauce and fry again.5) Add tomatoes and sauté for a minute.6) Add the beaten egg. Cook in slow flame.
  • When it becomes, half cook scramble it slowly.8) Slowly increase flame and cook the egg.
  • When done, remove from fire.10) Chilli egg scramble is ready.
