Instructions
  1. For preparing Chilli Fish, first prepare a paste with ginger-garlic paste, beaten egg white, maida and some salt.
  2. Marinate the fish pieces in this paste for 1 hour.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the fish pieces to a golden brown color.
  4. Pour the remaining oil into another pan and saute onion, chopped ginger, chopped garlic, capsicum, green chillies and green chilly sauce for a few minutes.
  5. Add vinegar and mix gently. Allow the gravy to boil.
  6. Stir in fried fish pieces and simmer in low flame for a few seconds.
  7. A spicy mouth watering recipe, is ready. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
