Instructions
  1. Make a batter with the ingredients by adding little water.2) Mix corn and carrot in the batter and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  2. 3) Deep fry the corn in kadai and keep aside.
  3. Make a paste of half onion, tomato, chilli powder and tomato sauce.5) In a pan, add 1 tbsp of oil. Fry the garlic, green chillies, onion in the pan.6) Add the ground paste and sauté again.7) Add salt, soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, vinegar, garam masala.
  4. Add half cup of water and cook it.9) Add the fried baby corn and mix well.
