Instructions
  1. For preparing yummy chilly chicken fry, first make a paste of eggs, maida and corn flour by adding little water.
  2. Add drained chicken pieces to the paste and mix well.
  3. Stir in crushed garlic, ginger and lime juice.
  4. Mix well and marinate for one hour.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken pieces to a crispy brown color.
  6. Chilly chicken fry is ready. Serve hot and enjoy.
