Instructions
  1. For preparing chilly chicken in Chinese style, first wash, clean and cut the chicken breasts.
  2. Mix corn flour, vinegar, half quantity of all the sauces(soy, chilly, tomato) and add beaten eggs. Add salt if required.
  3. Add chicken and mix well. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  4. Heat oil in a kadai and fry marinated chicken pieces to a golden brown color. Keep it aside.
  5. Heat oil in another pan and saute onion, green chilly, capsicum, ginger-garlic paste and all the remaining sauces(soy, chilly and tomato).
  6. Add the chicken broth and let it thicken.
  7. Add the fried chicken pieces and mix well. Serve with chappathi/naan.
