Mix the chicken pieces with chilly powder, pepper powder, salt and keep aside for minimum 30 minutes.
3)Fry the chicken pieces with capsicum and green chillies in oil and keep closed for 5 minutes till half cooked.
When half cooked, add onion, ginger, garlic and stir. Add reqd amount of water for more gravy.
Then again keep closed for 5 minutes till cooked.
Add chilly cauce, soya sauce, tomato paste and stir and cook for another 10 minutes.
