  • Onion(cut into cubes, large size) - 2 nos
  • Ginger(cut lengthwise) - 2" piece
  • garlic(cut lengthwise) - 6-7 pods
  • Capsicum(cut cube wise) - 1 no
  • Green chilly(cut lengthwise) - 3 nos
  • Red chilly sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Soya Sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Chilly powder - 2 tsp
  • Salt(as reqd) -
  • Water(as reqd) -
  • Oil(for frying Chicken pieces) -

Instructions
  1. Cut the chicken into small pieces.
  2. Mix the chicken pieces with chilly powder, pepper powder, salt and keep aside for minimum 30 minutes. 3)Fry the chicken pieces with capsicum and green chillies in oil and keep closed for 5 minutes till half cooked.
  3. When half cooked, add onion, ginger, garlic and stir. Add reqd amount of water for more gravy.
  4. Then again keep closed for 5 minutes till cooked.
  5. Add chilly cauce, soya sauce, tomato paste and stir and cook for another 10 minutes.
  6. :- Chilly Chicken in Traditional Style is ready!!!
  7. :- Serve Chilly Chicken in Traditional Style in hotwith Chapathi or Fried Rice!!!
