Chilly powder
Ginger
garlic
paste - 1 tsp
Salt
As reqd

Turmeric powder
1/2
tsp
Pepper powder

Green chillies
chopped

tbsp
Garlic
chopped
1
tbsp
Ginger
chopped
1/2
cup
Onions
chopped
1
tbsp
Soy sauce
2
tbsp
Tomato
sauce
1/4
cup
Water
Salt
As reqd
Oil
For frying fish
4
tbsp
All purpose flour
Maida
Instructions
Marinate fish with chilly powder,
turmeric powder
,
salt
, pepper and
ginger
garlic
paste.
Heat
oil
in a pan and fry the fish pieces after dusting in maida or
all purpose flour
. Keep the fried fish aside.
In the same
oil
saute
garlic
,
ginger
,
green chillies
and onions.
Add soy sauce and
tomato
sauce. Stir in fried fish.
Add
water
and cover with a lid and cook it for 3-4 minutes.
If the gravy is loose, add 1 tbsp of corn flour mixed with
water
and heat in low to medium flame until the gravy is thick.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice or nan.
